Documenting and tracking support requests.

Providing feedback for the improvement of our company's products and services.
Requirements:

Experience in technical support or related field is welcomed.
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical information clearly.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
Proficiency in English is preferable.
